Welcome to the second edition of the EBRD Women on Boards Program in Romania, jointly organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Endeavor Romania.
The Program aims to provide support to women in business with the experience and education to advance into senior roles, including those currently in leadership or transitioning to nonexecutive positions, as well as entrepreneurs managing SMEs who aim to professionalize their governance.
The Program includes two key training sessions: an online session on 10 September 2024 and a hybrid session on 6 November 2024.
Participation is free, but registration is required. We are receiving applications until 9 September 2024.
By applying, you are expressing interest in attending the full Program, including both sessions. The second session can be attended in person (preferred) or via Zoom.
Detailed information about the hybrid session “Advisory Boards” on 6 November will be public by 30 September.
